Patrick is President of the local Southern California Chapter of Maverick Angels succeeding Bill Barber who is moving on to lead an initiative with Maverick’s European Angel/PE/VC Network.
Additionally, Professor Henry is a Teacher, Mentor and an Entrepreneur. As an Investor and Board Member, Patrick has advised Puroast Low Acid Coffee to create a new market segment of the Coffee Industry Category. Patrick is also a Chief Advisor to Trojan Storage—a Company which is changing the business model of Self-Storage Operations and acquiring a portfolio of under-performing facilities for an exit to one of the larger operators.
Patrick’s passion is working with the next generation of entrepreneurs as an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at USC Marshall School of Business Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies. Several early-stage companies of USC have attracted investors from Maverick Angels as well as other Southern California-based Angel Groups.
Previous to Patrick’s Professorship, he had an extensive career in Consumer Products and Consumer Electronics as a Consultant, Advisor and New Venture Executive.
Patrick has an MBA degree from University of Southern California and an Undergraduate degree from California State University at Northridge.
