Deal Line-Up Meeting
  • Present your company to the Pre-Screening Committee either in-person or via teleconference
  • The Pre-Screening Committee will vote on your opportunity to determine if you will continue to the next step in our process
Maverick Angels Arena Meeting
  • Present your company to the full Maverick Angels Membership and network
  • Interested Investors turn in an Investor Interest & Resource sheet with their contact information
  • Presentations are recorded and archived on Maverick Angels website for further viewing by investors
  •  Cost: $1,000 for SoCal and $250 for Utah
Due Diligence
  • Maverick Angels Members who expressed interest in the company will conduct a series of Diligence Meetings
  • Typically, a lead investor will arise to help coordinate due diligence efforts and negotiations with the company
  • Members reconvene within 45 days of the presentation to review the due diligence status
Investment
  • Maverick Angels Members make individual investment decisions following the due diligence process
  • Maverick Angels does not make investments and does not pool money together into an investment fund
